The Grand Opening of Phoenix Furniture Auction’s new location at 4848 E Cactus Rd @6:30 PM, Friday, February 12. We are excited to announce that Michael Payne, famed host of HGTV’s Designing For the Sexes, will be at the auction to meet everyone and sign autographs. Come meet Michael and enjoy a fun night out at the aucion this week.

During the Grand Opening event, we will be offering free beer, wine, soda and water. We also will be drawing for prize give aways all night long. One lucky guest will win our Grand Prize drawing, and this one may just be the best one we’ve given away yet!

Thats right this auction is prelotted and all items will be sold at or below $600. If bidding reaches the $600 mark we will stop the bidding and sell the item at that price. Buyers premium and tax are still added to the sell as normal. I have had many people ask how I can afford to blow out all wood bedroom sets, Leather sofa sets and complete dining room set for $600 or less and the answer is simple! If I sell it before the end of the year I don’t have to pay the taxes on this excess inventory.
