How can I attend an auction?

All of our auctions are free and open to the public. There is no obligation to bid. At Phoenix Furniture Auction you are welcome to observe and familiarize yourself with the bidding process before you begin to buy. Our auctions are held weekly on Fridays at 7 PM (registration begins at 6PM).

How does the auction work?

  1. You register and get a bid card.
  2. Items for bid are brought to the front of the auction.
  3. The auctioneer describes what is being offered.
  4. Someone offers opening bid.
  5. Item is sold to the top bidder.

What do I need to register?

To register, you need a photo ID with your current address and $50 refundable
cash deposit.

How do I place a bid for a lot in at Phoenix Furniture Auction?

You may place a bid:

  1. By attending the auction in person.
  2. By submitting an absentee bid form. Just call or stop by and we’ll be happy to explain the absentee bidding process for you.

Can I buy something right now?

  1. Our primary business is auction. However, we are considering “Buy It Now” pricing for those who can’t join us at the auction.
  2. Prices will always be best through the auction!

Where do you get your furniture?

  1. A majority of our furniture comes directly from manufacturers. On our floor, you will see many of the same furniture lines carried at local furniture stores such as Mor, Pruitts, and Robb & Stucky.
  2. From time to time, we have liquidated furniture from local furniture stores
  3. Our furniture is new or in “show room” condition.

What forms of payment do you take?

  1. We accept Credit and Debit cards as well as cash
  2. We no longer accept checks.

Do you deliver?

  1. Currently, we do not make deliveries. However, there are people at the auction who offer delivery service for an additional charge.

Do you do special orders?

  1. We are currently developing a special order business. This is done by appointment
    only and is subject to quoted pricing, not auction pricing.
  2. This is a great option to consider if:
    i. You are purchasing lots of furniture
    at once and need specific things at a specific time.
    ii. You would like custom
    fabrics or leather. iii. You want better than retail pricing, and you are
    unable to join us for our weekly auctions.

Why are all sales final?

  1. Because we sell via auction, your bid is your binding contract to pay for your purchases.
  2. If you renege on a bid, then another bidder has lost the opportunity to bid on the item that he may have been interested in as well.
  3. In fairness to all bidders, all winning bids must be honored.

    We’re locate at 4848 E Cactus Rd, Scottsdale Ax 85254. We hold auctions every Friday night at 7:00 PM. Registration starts at 6:00 PM. We’re also opne for previews Tues-Fri, although Friday is the best day to preview. Thank you for you interest
